Public notice- Hancock Township Board of Review Meeting
DECEMBER 20,2022 AT 7 P.M.
The Board of Review of Hancock Township will meet on Tuesday, December 20,2022 at 7 p.m. at the Township Hall at 54660 M -203 in Hancock Township.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
1.The purpose of the meeting is the December Board of Review will hear requests for poverty exemption, 100% Disabled Veterans Exemptions, etc. and qualified errors.
2. The Board of Review will also get an update from the Assessor on 2023 assessed and taxable value projections and the 2023 Inflation factor (1.05) as well as changes in the State law and State Tax Commission policies.
Note-The Board of Review no longer reviews current year and or past principal residence exemptions as these reviews now go directly to the Assessor.
